For 36" x 36" table tops, we recommend pairing with a 30” X 30” x-style base. The 22" x 22" size is not enough support for this size table top.
On your Cafe Black Bar Height X-Style Table Base how much weight will the 22" x 22" hold vs the 36" x 36" table
